So last week Canon was up with a flurry of announcements with everything to from the world's highest resolution DSLR to new point and shoots. Well this week Nikon is firing back. Granted Nikons new announcements are nothing earth shatter for most of the world, but they are offering some new products for specialized segments.
We already discussed the new D810a designed for astrophotography, but Nikon also announced a new film makers kit.
The kit will include:
- Nikon D750 camera body
- AF-S NIKKOR 35mm f/1.8G ED lens
- AF-S NIKKOR 85mm f/1.8G lens
- AF-S NIKKOR 50mm f/1.8G lens
- Two additional EN-EL15 batteries
- ME-1 stereo microphone
- One Atomos Ninja-2 external recorder
- Tiffen 67mm and 58mm variable neutral density filters 8-Stops
- Custom foam inserts for transportation
The kit will set you back $3995.96. You can pre order the kit at B&H. The kit will save you over $650 over buying the items individually. Shipping will start in late February, 2015.
